Printing Quality

All of the images and letters go into Illustrator and to ensure they are of the highest quality possible. We will convert them to vector to enlarge to ensure there is no image quality loss. We will also adjust them to 300 ppi and CMYK colors.

When finished we also ensure there is a smooth 1/2 inch offset path for the cutter. We do our best to send out the perfect product.

Our Coroplast

During manufacturing there is a variation in coroplast in both thickness and flute spacing for yard stakes. We are in the sign business as well and notice the same things which our customers will. Some times our stakes fit tighter or looser in the coroplast flutes. There is nothing that can be done but to make sure we purchase from reputable companies in the US. Your signs will be printed on 4mm white coroplast.
